Returns & Refunds Policy

At Body Care by Kiran, each product is hand-crafted in small batches with fresh, natural ingredients. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once items have been shipped and received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@BodyCareByKiran.com with your order number, photos of the product, and packaging.
  • We will review and arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Heat-Sensitive Products

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items affected by heat during transit. If a butter melts, refrigerate to firm up — texture may change, but the product is still safe and effective.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Contact us immediately for shipping updates.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  •  Incorrect items shipped by us
  •  Damaged items reported within 48 hours

All other sales are final.
